Eddie takes care of the meats, carefully creating
"Texas Style" barbeque that has earned a reputation of falling off the bone. Marilyn takes care of the baking and desserts, offering
traditional southern cakes, pies, and cobbler. "Our customers say you don't need no teeth to eat our meat." says Eddie.
