With over 26 years of marriage under their belt, Eddie and Marilyn Brown are the perfect duo of "professionalism meeting perseverance". These traits, helped make their relationship work and are now being used to run Off The Bone BBQ, a successful barbeque business at 5144 Mansfield Hwy in Forest Hill. Off The Bone BBQ is a family business that requires teamwork, consistency, and home recipes.

Eddie takes care of the meats, carefully creating "Texas Style" barbeque that has earned a reputation of falling off the bone. Marilyn takes care of the baking and desserts, offering traditional southern cakes, pies, and cobbler. "Our customers say you don't need no teeth to eat our meat." says Eddie.
